The installation is a metaphor about the ability to perceive subtle truths and hidden things. The projected grass, wobbling in the wind, is the elusive, ever-changing nature of perception. The rake, with its branching arms that move through space, reminds us of an air antenna. It is a tool that collects information from the surrounding space, transforming it into an ordered image. The antenna has the sense of a machine; it reads a world that it does not understand by itself. It acts as an intermediary between the reception of information and the perception of reality.
